CPM Realty is the sales arm to Chamberlain Property Management, serving Carlsbad and the North County San Diego area. We specialize in assisting investors expand their portfolio and first time home buyers step into homeownership, but no matter where you are on your home journey, we can help. Our mission is to make the buying and selling process as smooth and enjoyable as possible doing our very best to see that you are set up for success for years to come. Since the inception of CPM Realty in 2015, we have sold over $75 million in real estate and have saved our clients over $1 million in commissions and closing costs.
